Yin is the perfect complimentary training for athletes or sports people, where repetitive movements typically build limiting tension around the hips and pelvis. Yin will challenge you to be completely still, holding stretches for a sustained period of time and breathing calmly. In a Yin practice you will experience postures that lengthen the muscles and fascia tissues surrounding your hips, spine, shoulders and chest. You will feel deep releases, mentally and physically, as you work through areas of the body that habitually hold tension and stress. Yin is open to all levels. All classes are 60 minutes. Room is kept at a comfortable temperature.
