If you wish to strengthen your body or simply maintain your fitness routine, our certified personal trainers can help you do so. Whether you are training for a specific event, after a break from your present program or have never been to a fitness centre, the personal training team can provide a variety of workouts suitable for both beginners and advanced patrons.

The major benefit of personal training is being motivated by a qualified certificate IV trainer as you are guided through a program customised to help you attain your specific goals. The programs will help you enhance muscle strength and endurance, improve cardiovascular capacity and flexibility, decrease body fat and promote higher self esteem. You can either work out one-on-one with your trainer or share the session with a friend and train together.

40 Day Program

Resistance, cardiovascular, abdominal and stretching programs at three levels:
Kick Start, Intermediate and Advanced

Australian Defence Force, NSW Ambulance Service, NSW Police Force, NSW Fire Brigade

Assessment Fitness Testing

Girth measurement, body fat and sub-maximal test on bike
30 minutes - $30

Anthropometric Measuring

Girth measurement, height, weight, and body fat analysis
10 minutes - $15

Multistage (Beep) Fitness Test

20 metre shuttle run test
30 minutes - $30
