Member Facilities

Balance New Lambton, located in the geographical centre of Newcastle, features a 3 tiered air conditioned venue with modern amenities, spacious Group Fitness studio, an extensive weight room, and a number of specialised rooms.

In 2009, Balance New Lambton was extended and refurbished to cater for the growing demand of the local residents. New changerooms, new Kids Club, new boxing room, new cycle room, new equipment and a whole new floor have created a comprehensive fitness environment. 

As with all our Health Club facilities, the Gym is fully air conditioned, fully serviced and maintained by our onsite technician, cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. Plus members have access to free parking, free lockers and an extensive range of exercise activities.
