New Lambton

After humble beginnings in 1968 under the leadership of Joe Hensel, Balance New Lambton has developed into a multi-functional, high tech fitness facility. Its newly renovated facilities have incorporated a third level allowing a larger footprint of fitness equipment, a new boxing room, new fun creche & new cycle room.

Located in the southeast corner of Wests New Lambton near the Tauranga entrance, Balance New Lambton is recognised locally as the ‘friendly gym’.

The fitness centre is fully air-conditioned for maximum comfort & staff  by the Hunters most enthusiastic and knowledgeable team of over 30 instructors, hosting 78 classes per week in a variety of disciplines from Zumba® to Boxing; Cycling to Circuits; Yoga to Strength Programs and from Aerobics to Heartmoves.
