Member Facilities

Balance Nelson Bay, located on the way to the amazing Shoal Bay, features a fully air conditioned venue with modern amenities, spacious group fitness area, a large weights room, cycle room and crèche.

In 2009 and 2010, Balance Nelson Bay was extended, refurbished and upgraded to cater for our growing membership. A refreshed approach to operational hours, personal training, crèche, cycle room, equipment and more classes since 2009.

As with all our health club facilities, the Gym is fully air-conditioned, fully serviced and maintained by our onsite technician, cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. Members have access to free parking, free lockers and an extensive range of exercise activities.
