Pilates Reformer sessions run for 45 minutes and have a maximum of 11 participants. Yoga sessions run for 90 minutes and have a maximum of 15 participants. Patrons have the option of three types of Yoga sessions, Ashtanga, Hatha and Satyananda and all sessions are suitable for everybody regardless of your level of ability.
Perform Pilates principles on Reformer machine. Pilates Reformer classes develop core control, strength, flexibility, alignment, coordination and Balance. Each class includes exercises that progress from supine to bridging, hands & knees, sitting, kneeling & standing. All exercises are performed on the Reformer machine, adjusting springs to intensify your workout.
Bring tranquility to you and your baby and enjoy an hour and a half of relaxation, stretches, breath awarness and meditation. This class is included in gym membership.
Focusing on strengthening pelvic floor, stability and posture alignment while monitoring women’s health and fitness during pregnancy. This class is included in gym membership.
