Pilates is a safe, low impact exercise program suitable for all ages and body types. Classes are designed to improve physical health and to maintain a supple, pain-free body. Pilates is recommended for neck, shoulder and back pain due to injury, sedentary lifestyle and poor posture. Please advise your instructor of any injuries or pain you are suffering before commencing. Pilates is also suitable for injury prevention, general conditioning, enhancing performance, correcting alignment and pre and postnatal conditioning.
