An extensive Group Fitness timetable with over 60 classes a week meets the needs of the young (with Jittabugs), the grown up (with Les Mills™, Zumba® & Freestyle) and those who are just beginning, who may also be managing lifestyle health conditions (with Heartmoves)…there is something for EVERYONE. Our caring and dedicated Personal Trainers provide INDIVIDUALISED programs to suit the specific needs of the member. With a range of options for beginners or the fitness junkies with a designed outcome, there is a SOLUTION for you! Our staff will tailor a program just for you. In addition, our staff have created a number of small group training programs which run throughout the four seasons of the year. Pulse, Balance Weight Loss Challenge, Body Blast and Spring into Summer are designed to provide the motivation to assist you in achieving your personal goals.
