Balance Mayfield located on the northern fringe of Newcastle, is a state of the art, multi functional health, fitness and aquatics centre.

Opened in April 2005, Balance Mayfield integrates a spacious community fitness centre, with a high performance training facility, outdoor amenities (including oval and view room), technological advanced aquatics, recovery area and onsite Exercise Physiologists.

All facilities have computerised air conditioning system to allow our members to workout in comfort while being environmentally responsible, fully serviced and maintained by our onsite maintenance team with free undercover parking and comprehensive aquatics and fitness programs delivered by fully accredited instructors and trainers.
