Balance Health Club has classes to suit every level of fitness, from level 1, for people who haven't exercised for an extensive period of time or have had a heart or other health condition through to level 4 and 5 for those who have been exercising for a long period of time and enjoy a good workout.
You can work at your own pace in every class and different options are given by the instructor to cater for all fitness levels.
