Photo: Aerobics ClassesBalance Health Club has classes to suit every level of fitness, from level 1, for people who haven't exercised for an extensive period of time or have had a heart or other health condition through to level 4 and 5 for those who have been exercising for a long period of time and enjoy a good workout.

You can work at your own pace in every class and different options are given by the instructor to cater for all fitness levels.

Access to the Health Club facilities will vary according to the different membership packages. Ask one of our expert team for assistance.

MatureMOVERS Gentle low impact aerobics for the motivated mature mover. Level 2
MixnMATCH You choose your combination of 3 x 30 min classes (T-shirtEasyMOVES, StepSTARTER, and Crunch&STRETCH). Start at the beginning of any session and end at the completion of any session. Level 4

TotalBODY Great fat burner working your whole body including option of low or high impact, step and weights conditioning. Level 4
