With a mixture of power lifting, free weights, machine weights and stability equipment, it will offer the latest in cutting edge technology to enhance team and individual performance.
With a built in sprint track for agility, speed and power work, a testing area for fitness and strength assessments and a cardiovascular area for complementary fitness work, we will offer a solution to all elite training requirements.
To compliment this, a full rehabilitation centre is being constructed adjacent to Balance Aquatics. ‘Balance Rehab Centre’ will offer ice baths, a hydrotherapy spa, steam sauna and massage rooms to give full rehabilitation treatment to athletes and individuals.
