We have two facilities to choose from, Balance Health Club located on the Phoenix Sports site at Mayfield and Balance New Lambton located on the Wests site in New Lambton. Both offer outstanding facilities and fitness options second to none in the region. The corporate package we offer gives your team access to both sites.
The package includes a personal fitness program, induction and fitness assessment for each person taking part plus two check ups. This includes goal setting and is conducted by one of our fully accredited Personal Training staff.
Balance Health Club incorporates a fitness centre and aquatics centre and is one of only 8 Nautilus Academies in the world. State-of-the-art equipment including a plug in entertainment system and two banks of plasma TV screens are located in the cardio area making exercise easier and more enjoyable. The temperature controlled aquatics centre features two pools purpose built for lap swimming, aqua aerobics, aqua circuit and learn to swim.
Balance New Lambton, known locally as the 'friendly gym', is a multi level fitness centre with cardio, aerobics and weight training and workout options from early to late seven days a week. We are famous for our Circuit classes as well as being an instigator of the HEARTmoves program with the Heart Foundation. Classes are rated for beginners and those returning to exercise after illness or operation through to the elite athlete or sports group.
