Balance Health Club kids exercise classes encourage kids to experience the fun of exercise in a safe, fun environment. Balance programs are specifically designed to help your children have healthier hearts and lungs, stronger muscles and bones, assist with co-ordination, balance, social skills and gain the benefits of increased confidence and self-esteem.
Balance has a non-competition policy. Every child is a winner!
Prices 10 lessons for $50 $8 per casual visit
Fully accredited by both AUSTSWIM and the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia, Balance Swim School offers the “Swim-and-Survive” program endorsed by the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia.
All instructors are AUSTSWIM trained in preschool aquatics, water safety, disability and stroke correction. All staff are also Senior First Aid and CPR trained, with Defibrillator and Oxy-Viva equipment on the premises.
Fresher, Cleaner Water...
Both pools are cleaned and maintained using the UV system, there is limited use of chemicals greatly reducing the risk of skin irritations and breathing problems associated with chlorine use. Our pools are heated for year round comfort.
Participants must wear a swim cap for all aqua activities. Caps and goggles are available for purchase at reception.
Aqua Babies (6 – 18 months)

Mini Squad (all ages) - 45 minute lesson
Junior Swim & Survival Squad - 1 hour session

Bookings are essential ~ Classes commence at the start of each school term ~ All bookings are subject to availability ~ Sessions are not held on public holidays ~ School holiday programs also available ~ A swim cap must be worn in the pool ~ To enrol their children for classes, parent must be a Western Suburbs Leagues Club Member.
