The fourth facility in the Wests fitness portfolio, Balance City sets itself apart by providing a comprehensive fitness offering complemented by first class business services. The centre is fully air-conditioned and the three levels allow for a large footprint of cardio equipment, segmented 'specialty rooms' for smaller groups and specialist classes. While the focus of Balance City is on the individual member with smaller classes and courses plus personal training, corporate groups are equally cared for with adequate space and equipment for challenges within the team. There's even a zone especially for the girls!
Additional services include, generous lockers, Balance healthy eating cafe & broadband internet stations.
