It's hard to beat swimming when it comes to a sport that strengthens the body, soothes the mind, regulates breathing, stimulates circulation and puts no stress on the joints all in one.

The spectacular Balance Aquatic Centre offers a fresh new approach to fitness in the water.

With two swimming pools, using ultra-violet filtration systems to choose from – an eight-lane 25 metre lap pool and 12.5 metre program pool, the centre is able to offer a whole range of aquatic experiences, from learn to swim classes to lane swimming to aqua aerobics.

Fully accredited by both AUSTSWIM and the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia, Balance Swim School offers the ‘Swim-and-Survive’ program endorsed by the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia.

All instructors are AUSTSWIM trained in preschool aquatics, water safety, disability and stroke correction. All staff are also Senior First Aid and CPR trained, with Defibrillator and Oxy-Viva equipment on the premises.

Because both pools are cleaned and maintained using the UV system, there is limited use of chemicals. Our pools are heated for year round comfort.

Participants must wear a swim cap for all aquatic activities and shower before entering the pools. Caps and goggles are available for purchase at reception.
